Feb 28 2012 9.33 am, our server hosting facility experienced a network failure that resulting in some of our primary online search servers and online Solution Manager application to become unavailable. the issue was networking issue was resolved within 5 minutes. the networking issue was resolved within 5 minutes. We apologize for the inconvenienced caused.

March 30 2012 8.30-8:50AM, We had to do some emergency Admin Operations on one of our online solution manager servers. Some of you might have received a message stating "Admin operations are currenty in progress..." It was cleared about 8:50pm ET. Sorry for any inconvenience caused.
