The Knowledge-Paks FTP Download page allows Knowledge-Paks On Site customers to download Knowledge-Paks content as an alternative to installing content from a CD. Knowledge-Paks content can then be used in conjunction with a supported incident or knowledge management application.
This site also enables Knowledge-Paks On Site customers to keep their Knowledge-Paks content up-to-date by downloading new and modified content in a separate, smaller file.
To begin, login with your company's Knowledge-Paks FTP username and password below. This is different from your RightAnswers Support website login. The Knowledge-Paks FTP username and password are assigned to a company when they purchase Knowledge-Paks On Site content.
